Join us for BabyBarre with PBB - strengthen, connect, and move with your little one.
BabyBarre is a specifically designed fusion of Pilates, floor barre and yoga for pre and post-natal women to ensure safe, expert training for you both prenatal and postnatal. The class will help to build strength, suppleness and keep your core muscles strong whilst paying particular attention to you core and pelvic floor. The class will also help to alleviate any negative side effects of the pregnancy such as lower back pain, sciatica, pubis symphysis, swollen extremities and weakened pelvic floor muscles.
Suitable for women both pre and post birth. Babies are welcome (pre toddler). Bring your barre socks - no trainers required.
Post partum – must have had 6 week check up by GP before commencing.
