Open to attendees aged 18+ at selected trade shows and events, Fulham Pier’s “Crack the Code” activation invites participants to scan a QR code, submit their details and attempt to unlock a four-digit combination suitcase. All participants may play, but only those who successfully crack the code will be entered into a prize draw for that specific event. One winner per event will be selected at random to receive £1,000 off a future event at Fulham Pier, redeemable within 12 months, with no minimum spend and subject to availability. Winners will be contacted within 14 days of the event and must respond within 5 days to claim their prize. The offer is non-transferable, with no cash alternative. By entering, participants agree to their data being used for administration purposes in line with our privacy policy.

Collect one stamp per transaction when purchasing any eligible hot or cold drink from the daytime menu. Once 7 (seven) stamps have been collected, the 8th drink is free. The free drink applies to one beverage only, and does not include any retail soft drinks. The loyalty offer is valid on drinks from the daytime (day) menu only and cannot be used against evening menu items. Only one stamp will be issued per transaction, regardless of the number of drinks purchased.
