Fulham Group: Information held by FSL may be shared with other companies within the Fulham Group. This may include providing members of the Fulham Group with your personal information so they can contact you about their products and services.
Partners: FSL, the Club have a number of commercial sponsors and partners (“Partners”). Whilst the full list of our Partners will change from time-to-time, we maintain a full and up to date list of our Partners on the official Club website at www.fulhamfc.com. Although we will not share your personal data with our Partners, we may share aggregated and/or anonymised information about you, both within the Fulham Group and with our Partners; and
if you have consented to marketing, send you information about products and services offered by the Club, the Foundation or our Partners.
Suppliers: FSL may share your information with its suppliers and sub-contractors from time-to-time in order that they can process it on our behalf for the purposes set out in this policy. These third parties may include (but may not be limited to): (i) call centre providers; (ii) IT service providers (such as hosting providers); (iii) mailing houses or document storage companies; (iv) delivery services; (v) analytics, marketing services (including surveys) and search engine providers; (vi) credit reference agencies; and/or (vii) payment processing companies. Where we do so we will put in place suitable measures in order to protect your information.
Catering: FSL may share your information with Sodexo Live UK Limited as the catering provider in order for Sodexo Live UK Limited to provide the food and beverage services or to deliver an event you request and to fulfil a contractual obligation.
Disclosures for legal reasons: FSL may also disclose the information we holds about you to those persons that have a reasonable need to know such information, if we believes in good faith that this is necessary: (i) to establish, exercise or enforce our legal rights; (ii) to defend ourselves against a legal claim; (iii) to report or prevent a crime; (iv) to prevent harm to any individual or any property; or (iv) to prevent fraud.
