Venue Policy

Welcome to Fulham Pier! To ensure a safe and enjoyable experience for all our visitors, please take a moment to familiarise yourself with the following venue policies. These guidelines apply across all areas of the site, including event spaces, waterfront walkways, and public gathering points.

Venue closure

Fulham Pier is closed for a limited number of Fulham FC match days each year. Dates of upcoming closures, when known, can be found here. We appreciate your understanding and encourage you to check ahead to avoid disappointment.

Children & Young People

If you register to open an account through the Website or App, we may ask you to provide your name, email address, country of residence, telephone number, and date of birth. We may also ask you for additional information depending on the nature of our interaction with you.

Smoking, Vaping & E-Cigarettes

We may occasionally contact you to ask for feedback on any of our goods or services so we can make them better and more relevant.

Food & Drink

If you book a table at the restaurants or book an event at the Fulham Pier through the Website, a third-party company SevenRooms will collect the data relating to the booking and in addition to the Account Information, FSL may also collect dietary requirements.

Alcohol Consumption

We operate a challenge 25 policy. Alcohol will only be served to individuals aged 18 and over, in accordance with UK licensing laws. Valid photo ID may be required. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone who appears intoxicated or is behaving in a disruptive or unsafe manner. Alcohol purchased on-site may not be taken off the premises unless explicitly permitted at certain events.

Anti-Social Behaviour

From time to time we may collect special categories of personal data about you. This may include (but may not be limited to) data which reveals your racial or ethnic origin, religious or philosophical beliefs. We may collect this type of information to better understand our customer base, identify ways to improve our communication with you and maintain the Fulham Group’s commitment to equality and diversity. You can opt out of FSL processing any special categories of personal data at any time by notifying our Senior Information Officer.

You may opt out of receiving future mailings; see the Updating and Choice/Opt-out section below. When you receive an updated profile form, that information comes from our database.

Cleanliness & Respect for the Space

We may collect and process data about you in the following ways:.

(a) When you register online the Website or complete any survey or form through the Website;

(b) Where you use or view the Website via your browser’s cookies; and

(c) Where you have booked an event;

(d) Where you have registered an account;

(e) Where you have consented to receive marketing from us or in relation to Fulham Pier.


We will only process your data when we have a legal basis to do so and that will include:

(a) To allow us to enter into and/or perform a contract with you;

(b) To enable us to comply with a legal obligation;

(c) To pursue legitimate interests of our own or those of the Fulham Group (always provided that your interests and fundamental rights do not override those interests); and/or

(d) With your consent.

(e) We will not carry out any automated decision-making using information we hold about you.

The Scene – Interactive Screen Installation

We may hold, process and use your data in the following ways:

Fulham Group: Information held by FSL may be shared with other companies within the Fulham Group. This may include providing members of the Fulham Group with your personal information so they can contact you about their products and services.

Partners: FSL, the Club have a number of commercial sponsors and partners (“Partners”). Whilst the full list of our Partners will change from time-to-time, we maintain a full and up to date list of our Partners on the official Club website at www.fulhamfc.com. Although we will not share your personal data with our Partners, we may share aggregated and/or anonymised information about you, both within the Fulham Group and with our Partners; and

if you have consented to marketing, send you information about products and services offered by the Club, the Foundation or our Partners.

Suppliers: FSL may share your information with its suppliers and sub-contractors from time-to-time in order that they can process it on our behalf for the purposes set out in this policy. These third parties may include (but may not be limited to): (i) call centre providers; (ii) IT service providers (such as hosting providers); (iii) mailing houses or document storage companies; (iv) delivery services; (v) analytics, marketing services (including surveys) and search engine providers; (vi) credit reference agencies; and/or (vii) payment processing companies. Where we do so we will put in place suitable measures in order to protect your information.

Catering: FSL may share your information with Sodexo Live UK Limited as the catering provider in order for Sodexo Live UK Limited to provide the food and beverage services or to deliver an event you request and to fulfil a contractual obligation.

Disclosures for legal reasons: FSL may also disclose the information we holds about you to those persons that have a reasonable need to know such information, if we believes in good faith that this is necessary: (i) to establish, exercise or enforce our legal rights; (ii) to defend ourselves against a legal claim; (iii) to report or prevent a crime; (iv) to prevent harm to any individual or any property; or (iv) to prevent fraud.

Noise & Personal Speakers

We will ensure that your information is secure. To prevent unauthorised access or disclosure of personal data, we have put in place appropriate physical, electronic and managerial procedures to safeguard and secure the information we collect. We regularly perform testing of these procedures and have an appropriate information recovery and data breach. We will keep your data only for as long as necessary in accordance with this policy and so that we can comply with our legal obligations in relation to data retention.

Pets & Animals

Every user of the Website is entitled to:

(a) ask us not to process your personal data for direct marketing purposes;

(b) request access to personal information held about you and a copy of it;:

(c) obtain, without undue delay, the rectification of inaccurate or incomplete personal data or the erasure of your personal data in certain circumstances;

(d) restrict the processing of your personal data in certain circumstances rather than having it erased;

(e) object to the processing of, personal data in certain circumstances;

(f) receive personal data, which you have provided to us, in a structured, commonly used and machine-readable format;

(g) be informed about any use of your personal data where this is used to make automated decisions about you; and

(h) lodge a complaint about the way in which your personal data is being used by us, to a supervisory authority.

Photography & Filming

We will keep this policy under regular review and will post any material changes to the policy from time to time on the Website, such that the Website contains at all material times an up-to-date version of this policy. This policy was last updated in March 2025.
