In this immersive workshop, Simon invites you to explore three vital forms of connection: with ourselves, with each other, and with the natural world.
Blending Qigong - the ancient mindful movement practice with breathwork, meditation and reflection, the workshop offers a space to slow down, tune in and cultivate greater awareness. It is an invitation to find stillness, presence and balance through embodied practice.
Drawing on principles from Traditional Chinese Medicine, this gathering focuses on conserving and cultivating energy, creating ease in the body, and building connection within community. You’ll be guided through simple, grounding practices designed to foster warmth, resilience and clarity, with tools you can easily take away into everyday life.
What to wear: Comfortable, loose-fitting clothing and a layer you can add or remove as needed.
What to bring: A journal for reflection and note-taking during the workshop.
