Join us at Fulham Pier for the first-ever Fulham Pier Chess Tournament, an electrifying blitz competition bringing together some of London’s strongest players.
This 32-player Champions League-style tournament will feature a group stage followed by knockout rounds, creating high-stakes battles from the very first move. Every game is played at a fast-paced 5-minute blitz format (2 seconds increment), demanding sharp tactics, nerves of steel, and lightning-fast calculation.
The tournament is open to experienced players rated 1500 and above ELO or online rating, ensuring a competitive and thrilling field.
If knockout games end in a draw, players will face the ultimate decider: an Armageddon tie-break, where only one can advance.
🏆 Prizes will be awarded to 1st, 2nd, and 3rd place.
1st Place prize is a luxurious one night stay for two at Fulham Pier Hotel, plus a delicious three-course meal and bottle of wine at Brasserie Constance.*
