In this winter workshop, Simon will invite you to explore three vital forms of connection: with ourselves, with each other and with the natural world.
Blending Qi-igong, the ancient mindful movement practice with breathwork, meditation and reflection. The workshop is an invitation to honour the stillness of winter.
In Traditional Chinese Medicine, the colder months are a time to slow down and conserve energy, preparing ourselves for the brighter, more active seasons ahead. Guided by the season’s wisdom, this gathering will focus on finding warmth and ease in our bodies and in community offering simple, embodied practices to takeaway with you.
What to wear: Comfortable, loose-fitting clothing and an extra layer to stay cosy.
What to bring: A journal for taking notes during the workshop.
