About Paola Di Lanzo:
Paola is the creator of the “infamous” PBB Method. Paola has always had a passion for health and fitness and began her career in fitness three decades ago in Australia. Her passion for movement led her to study Pilates at the Pilates Institute in 2002. Fifteen years ago, she revolutionised the fitness industry in London by developing her unique PBB Method before the fitness explosion began in the UK. Paola wanted to create an edge and fun to the traditional ways of teaching Pilate, Barre and Yoga. She is a true trailblazer with her fusions and style, leading many in the industry to flock to her for inspiration when she first came onto the London fitness scene. Paola has shaped many well-known bodies and “derrière’s” in South West London within her own studios and several private clubs and studios across London. It’s not just a brand and method - it’s a community.
