Connect with the Wisdom of Winter
As the days shorten and the air cools, join us for an evening designed to embrace winter’s calm, grounding energy. This gentle introductory workshop invites you to slow down, soften your mind and reconnect with your body through Qigong, breathwork and quiet reflection.
Guided by nature coach Simon Lamb, you’ll explore Qigong the ancient Chinese practice of cultivating vitality from within. Rooted in traditional Chinese medicine, Qigong teaches that when we create flow in the body, we create flow in life. Together, we’ll tune into that sense of movement and ease, practicing beside the river as winter unfolds around us.
No gym kit or experience needed. Simply come as you are, leave your shoes at the door and wrap yourself in the restorative energy of the season. We’ll end with a warming moment of community and a cup of tea to send you back into the night feeling settled, centered and deeply connected.
What to wear:
Comfortable, loose-fitting clothing and an extra layer to stay cosy at the end.
