Start the day right with a community flow yoga session on the pier. Set beside the river, these sessions focus on grounding movement, mindful breathing and moving with the natural rhythm of the water.
Designed for all levels, perfect for starting your weekend with movement, mindfulness and connection. Whether you're a seasoned yogi or a complete beginner, everyone is welcome to flow, breathe and unwind together in a relaxed and welcoming outdoor setting.
Please note: You will need to bring your own mat for this event. Sessions will be moved indoors in the event of bad weather.
