Originally from South Africa, Lisa began her career as a chef before specialising in wine, combining her passion for food and wine throughout her journey. She went on to cofound the acclaimed Embarc Restaurant in Johannesburg, which featured on the World’s 50 Best Discovery List and received a Special Jury Prize at the Star Wine List Awards South Africa. Now based in the UK, Lisa continues to share her expertise and passion for exceptional wines and the stories behind them.
