This isn’t just a run club, but a recovery experience.
The BON CHARGE Recovery Run Club brings together movement, community, and science-backed recovery in one monthly ritual at Fulham Pier. A 5km loop along the river gets your body moving, but what happens after is where things shift.
Post-run, you’ll step into a guided BON CHARGE Recovery & Recharge session, experiencing red and near-infrared light therapy, the same technology used by elite athletes to support how the body restores, resets, and prepares to go again.
Each session is hosted by a rotating BON CHARGE expert, offering a fresh perspective on recovery, performance, and modern wellness. We’ll finish together with coffee or a juice at the pier - because recovery isn’t just physical, it’s social too.
Limited to 25 runners, this is an intimate, community-led experience. And it happens on the last Friday of every month.

12:15 → Meet at the front doors of Fulham Pier
12:30 → Warm-up and 5km run begins (Thames river loop)
13:00 → BON CHARGE Recovery & Recharge session
13:00+ → Coffee and drinks in the Riverside Market, Fulham Pier.
