Join us for a practical and uplifting wellbeing experience, designed to help you stress less and live longer. This energising workshop combines a guided wellbeing talk with a high-energy boxing session, giving you the tools to calm your mind, release tension and build everyday resilience.
Led by Gary Hanley, Founder of Mind to Motion CIC, Mental Health First Aider and Boxing Coach, this workshop offers a supportive, stigma-free space to boost your wellbeing and connect with others in the community.

Learn simple, proven techniques to manage stress, support your mental wellbeing and feel more grounded in daily life.

High-Energy Boxing Fitness – No experience required
Move, punch and strengthen your body in a fun and empowering session suitable for all levels.
Equipment: Please bring your own gloves if you have them - if not, we’ll have gloves you can borrow.

Please note: During the winter months, the Bishops Park gate to Fulham Pier closes at 6.30pm, and Bishop’s Park closes at 7pm.
