Boots & Daisies is your weekly escape into the world of country music, cowboy boots and feel good dancing, where you’ll learn line dances in a fun and welcoming atmosphere. Whether you're stepping onto the dance floor for the first time or already love a two-step, our classes are all about confidence, community and having a great time.
Line dancing isn't just fun, it's a fantastic workout that improves coordination, balance and fitness, while giving your brain a boost too. Learning new dance routines helps challenge your memory, sharpens your focus and lifts your mood, making it as good for the mind as it is for the body.
Welcome to all ages and levels.
Please bring trainers or cowboy boots and wear whatever you feel comfortable in, whether that is gym wear or your favourite flared jeans and cowboy hat!
