These joyful and engaging sessions invite little ones to move, stretch, dance and breathe, while parents join in the fun too. Expect plenty of wiggles, lots of giggles and gentle moments of calm as children explore movement at their own pace.
Little Tweaks is a mindful, story-led movement experience for children, led by Little Tweaks creator and author Laura Reilly.
Each session combines gentle movement, simple breathing exercises, creative play, storytelling and grounding techniques all designed to help little ones move their bodies, balance their energy and calm their minds.
A perfect way to introduce wellness and positivity to young explorers.
